Mike ha registrato “Millenium Bell” a Roughwood Studios e ha composto, prodotto e suonato tutti i brani dell’album. La parte orchestrale è stata registrata in un solo giorno a Abbey Road Studios con l’aiuto di Robyn Smith e The London Session Orchestra. La eccezionale parte corale e stata realizzata da The London Händel Choir, e The Grant Gospel Choir con le voci di Nicola Emmanuel, David Serame, Miriam Stockley, Camilla Darlow e Andrew Johnson. Alla realizzazione dell’album ha partecipato anche il batterista dei Simply Red, Gota Yashiki.
